What we collect

The site runs no traffic analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising. The only data involved is what you type yourself into the contact and booking forms: name, phone, email, and your message.

Cookies and what we store on your device

We use no cookies for tracking, advertising or statistics. That is also why you see no consent pop-up: there is nothing to ask you about.

Staff sign-in. The staff-only part of the site uses one sign-in cookie. It is created only after a staff member enters a passcode, and is never set on an ordinary visit.

The map. The map on the Home and Contact pages comes from Google, so it does not load by itself. You see a panel with a button, and nothing is requested from Google until you press it, at which point Google may set its own cookies. If you don't press it, your browser never contacts Google.

If we ever add statistics or advertising, we will ask you first and nothing will load without your consent. Refusing will be exactly as easy as accepting, and you will be able to change your mind at any time.

What happens with the forms

These forms don't send data to a server. When you press "Send", your browser opens your own email app with the message pre-filled to us. You decide whether and when to actually send it. Nothing is stored by the site itself.

Once we receive your message

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry or booking: confirmation, table details, and a reminder where relevant. We don't sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.
